Welcome to MarsFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MarsFlow mobile application ("App"), website at marsflow.app ("Website"), and all related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by MarsFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MarsFlow is a business productivity and CRM application designed to help professionals and small businesses manage their meetings, tasks, follow-ups, contacts, companies, and notes. The Service is available on iOS and Android platforms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using MarsFlow, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@marsflow.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
MarsFlow offers a 14-day free trial that provides full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start the free trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Pro features.
MarsFlow Pro is available under two subscription options:
Prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and may vary by region due to local currency conversion and applicable taxes.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device platform. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable store to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges are applied at the same rate as your current plan unless we provide advance notice of a price change.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the applicable store.
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you create, upload, or store within the Service ("User Content"), including but not limited to meeting records, tasks, follow-ups, contacts, company information, and notes. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
You may export your data in CSV format at any time from within the App. We are committed to ensuring you can always retrieve your data in a portable format.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove your User Content from our active systems within 30 days. Residual copies in backup systems may persist for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

The Service, including its design, code, features, logo, trademarks, and all associated content (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of MarsFlow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
We strive to provide a reliable and consistent Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service at all times. The Service may be subject to delays, interruptions, or degraded performance due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARSFLOW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MarsFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat for payment processing. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our Website and within the App, along with the new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 5.1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, and 16.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Turkey.
